Subversion server outage (Update: back up!)

A file server at CIMS that the Subversion server depends on is down.  Connections to subversive.cims.nyu.edu on both the web interface and with the command line client are hanging for everyone.

UPDATE: As of 1:40 PM EST 2013–02–03, it's back up.
